Pics taken on my recent trip to South Africa. Featuring Big Bay near Cape Town and Supertubes at Jefferys Bay. Unfortunately i did not take my camera to Yzerfontain where i rode a perfect 6ft A frame peak all to myself in blazing sunshine.
Not the best pics:
- Big Bay too far away and im hidden by the wave in front.
- Supertubes its before sunrise so the light is bad and in my excitement to get in the water i set the camera up wrong hence the unintentional slow shutter work.

Getting in. A few minutes later and im knocked over trying to paddle amongst the rocks. One gashed, bleeding hand later and i make it out.	My first wave of the morning and only my second at Supertubes, small dropknee 1of4.	Small dropknee 2of4	Small dropknee 3of4
Small dropknee 4of4	Dropping into a right.	Me stalling for the barrel i never got.	Another right.
Another clear right.	Man and beast in harmony.	Right.	Stalling right.
Taking off on my biggest wave of the morning 1of5.	2of5.	3of5.	Probably would have been the best of my pics if it wasn't for the unintentional slow shutter work. 4of5. Grrr
This was the beginnings of a cutback on my last long long wave, riding it further down the point. Paranoid and not wanting to push my luck, i got out after this wave.
